RETURN/WITHDRAWAL POLICIES

According to Law 1480, Article 47, the maximum period to exercise the right of withdrawal is 5 business days from the date of delivery of the goods. Therefore, you must request an exchange or return of the products within a period of no more than 5 business days from the date of delivery.  

The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with its original packaging and labels attached, that is, It must not be dirty, broken, have any changes or any other type of alterations or anomalies. Shipping and other costs associated with the return will be covered by the consumer; therefore, cash-on-delivery packages will not be accepted.  

Once the product has been received and verified as meeting the aforementioned conditions, the exchange or refund process will begin, which will not exceed 30 calendar days.  

Any product that has been customized or made to the customer's specifications is not subject to exchanges or returns, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.  

The way to make your changes is through the email addressed to infomaraclay@gmail.com with the order number, invoice number and products you wish to exchange or return.
