Report a Warranty

WE REMIND YOU OF OUR WARRANTY POLICY

All our products come with a 60-calendar-day warranty from the date of receipt. After this time, product warranty claims cannot be accepted for any reason.

If the warranty is requested within the coverage period, our quality department will conduct the corresponding reviews and respond within three business days. It should be noted that the warranty will not be recognized for manufacturing defects and, under no circumstances, for product misuse.

If the product can be repaired, we will proceed with it. Otherwise, it will be exchanged for a new product in the same condition, or for a voucher charged to the purchase price. Alternatively, we will refund the money in accordance with the process determined by our treasury department.

All repair and shipping costs for warranties already approved by the Quality Department are covered by Mara Clay.

The following are covered by the warranty: products with defective parts, detached parts, poorly finished parts, poorly assembled parts, among other production defects.

The following are not grounds for warranty:

Color changes in parts,

Broken or cracked glass pieces due to misuse or impact,

Natural stones with different colors and shapes.

We recommend that you carefully read the recommended care instructions for your jewelry to extend its lifespan. Damage caused by not properly applying the recommended care instructions is not covered by the warranty.
